Monarch Developments Ltd. was established in 1998 by Dan Kingma. Dan’s brother Stephan joined him in 2005 after several years of construction and carpentry experience. An upbringing in construction combined with principled family values serve as the foundation of our success. In recent years, our brother Luke and Mark Bergman have joined our operations each with nearly 20 years of construction and renovation background.
